The Frederick-Talbott Inn Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Weekend: You must cancel seven (7) days prior to your weekend reservation.
Special Event Dates: You must cancel thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date of your reservation.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Advance arrangements can be made for late or early arrivals. Please let us know of your plans prior to your arrival.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast:
Weekday mornings: Continental breakfast is served in the dining room at 8:00 a.m.
Weekend mornings (Saturday and Sunday): A full hot buffet breakfast is served in the dining room at 9:00 a.m.
Please let us know of any dietary concerns (every attempt will be made to accommodate) or if your schedule does not permit you to join us for the appointed breakfast times. We will be happy to prepare a muffin basket for you.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms or common areas. There are porches and chairs outside for your convenience.
Additional charges:
Additional Adult in Room: $25.00 per night.
Portable crib: $15.00 per night
Floor Mat: $5.00 per night
Roll Away Cot: $25.00 per night
